Swampscott Police
Department Officer Thomas Hennessey was recognized by MADD Mothers
Against Drunk Driving at their annual breakfast held at Fort Devens.
Officer Hennessey who works the midnight to eight shift was recognized
for making fifteen operating under the influence arrest in 2009.
Officer Hennessey was also recognized in 2005 by MADD, along with
Officer Frayler. Officer Hennessey is seen in the photo with the
Colonel of the Mass State Police Marian McGovern and Swampscott
