Dedicated to Officers who've
passed away while on active duty.
Captain DesRoches and Sgt. Cordes touched our lives in
many ways. They made us better police officers, better friends, and better
people. The knowledge that they shared with us and the caring way that they
performed their duties will forever be a part of the way that we conduct ourselves as
police officers in Swampscott. Officer Doane died of an injury incurred on duty.
 They
will live forever in our hearts.
